I've been working on this for the past couple of week! Finally finished the lineart!So here's something for you my friends to color!
I hope you will have time to color this 
Im also coloring this at the moment, done with the flat colors!
P.S. You don't have to follow my OCs color chart!

This is really good...I'd love to see the results of it being put into colour. That would really get some depth into it. You've made a great job of the intricates...feet...face...ribbons, going into the slightest bit of detail but just enough. The curve of the ankle suggests flight as do the wings and the ribbon, and it's great when a viewer gets to see that in a drawing.
Five stars for vision...there are no flaws in this, but I am no expert!
Five stars for Originality...not seen anything like it before. Technique and impact are both five stars too for the same reasons...perfect!
