a while ago when i was thinking about Willow's backstory, at a point when i had the death of his family in mind and did not know how to tie it to the rest of the story (you know, the reason why the whole "fire" happened, which i kind of left unexplained in his FoH version...for several reasons) one of the ideas that came to my head was: what if Oberon was some sort of Deku royalty and got banished for some political reasons and that's why he hid himself and his family in the deep end of the swamp? After all, the name Oberon came from German mythology and was the name of the king of elfs, so the royalty theme came to mind pretty quickly
...and in the result, once the Hollowtree family's hideout was discovered by their enemy, they were ordered to get rid of them, and what's a better way to get rid of a family of trees then to burn them? i dunno chop them down, maybe?
so Willow as the sole survivour would be the heir to the throne at some point if he were to fight for that crown (not that he would be willing) or with some ridiculous chain of events the enemy Royal family member was killed or something (i did not think about this story that far XD)
it didn't help that at the time i was way into Undertale and as you may or may not know, im in love with King Asgore and his character and themesongs (which i listen to a lot untill this day...one of them even inspired this pic -3-) i kind of associate with Willow since i listened to Bergentrekung and King's Description all the time at the time XDD shameful obsessed Fish is shameful

buuuut in the end i found the story to be too far-fetched to use as his main bio :/
it kind of make me think that i would make him too much of a Gary Sue if i made him Royalty -3-
soooo let's say that's a little AU, The more you know, kind of pic o3o
i might write a story about the whole Royal-Willow endevour but that's propably not gonna happen untill i end all the project for this semester soooo...long waiting ahead if you're interested XP

aaalso i tried to background, but it came out kind of lame...it looks like it has no depth and it took long and it's kind of lazy anyways...but i hope you can tell what it's supposed to be ;-; Psssssst it's the Terminian Deku Palace, the king's throne to be exact...just saying if you can't really tell ;3;

aaaand i think that's all that i can say about this one :/
