Description
Chevrolet Silverado SS Concept from Gran Turismo 4 in studio style. About 10 hours spent on cleaning up bad texture and jaggies using brushes and gradients, kind of similar to photoshop vector techniques. In fact I love every single details on it and you can't believe it is based on Playstation 2 graphics.Related content

Its just unbelievable.... looks totaly real. i cant find a single thing that would tell me that this is ingame shot!... and how come GT4 on poor PS2 system performance could have better GFX than newest nfs carbon.

NFS carbon wasn't that bad in menu interface, but ingame is very weak in terms of reflection (too much and messy)
however I am working on carbon screen, but lacking motivation to finish it up

it's true, can't tell it's based of a PS2 image. nice work. i'm not really up on the PS customizing thing going on but i don't think i've seen many people doing this around here.

It was taken in Tsumago (phototravel)
actually I took about 16 portraits to merge a very high resolution screenshot then cleaning up and adjusting the tone
however only GT4 photos had been used, pretty cool huh?
