Organization "13", has entered to the data and secret files of the game and have erased each of the heroes, in addition to modifying the princesses and the doors of each world, with the aim of erasing the game completely and thus enter to the real human world.

What they do not know, is that Aliza is the Guardian of the technological world of Kingdom Hearts, besides being the one that protects the virtual world and the real world.

Aliza, saved and copied several game data, in addition to restarting the game. Now the "Heartless" will never be able to touch the binary and secret data of the game itself.

Aqua, Terra and Ventus will come back to life and will battle again against the Darkness.

Kairi, Sora and Riku will be the new guardians of the worlds.
