Wanted to set myself a project to practise prop-making.The dagger design is supposed to resemble a wing.
It looks the same on each side of the blade.

My university workload is keeping me far too busy to produce any batches for the time being.Β
After my final submission (some time around June 2014) I should finally have time to sort out some kind of store.
I may get an unforeseen break at some point before this to produce some batches, but it's unlikely.Β

I've been planning to start selling these for a while but I keep getting held up with university projects!
(I'm really sorry to everyone who has shown interest, I haven't forgotten!)
I'm now in my final year, which is the most intense in terms of work, but it does mean that after my final submission (sometime around June) I should finally have some time to start selling castings of my models
I'll send you a message once I start selling them, but it probably won't be till early summer, sorry!

I still have one more year of it left, but finished my 2nd year for summer now 
I've started producing castings of the new daggers, but want to get a suitable batch ready before I start selling them.
I think to begin with I'll do a couple of auctions on sets of 3 Throwing Knives to test the market a bit, and decide on a stable price from them.
I'll update the information on here and send a message to everyone who has shown interest about when the auctions are

These are amazing! I'd totally buy these! In my Taekwondo dojang, black belts choose to a weapon as a 'self study' to learn about and be able to use it. I'd consider using these for my self-study!

They're only resin casts from a master model, made to appear like metal, so they may not be the best to practise with, but I'll hopefully have some up for sale soon!
I've changed the design very slightly (only some minor things to make the design more crisp).

They're made from resin - the metallic effect is just from the paintwork :]
I made the original from styrene sheet, made a silicone mould and produced resin casts from it.
I've recently remade the original to get crisper edges and I'll begin selling them soon.

but its extremely nice!, I have been wanting to make a wooden shortsword with separate pieces.Im still trying to figure out how you connect the guard on the tang just before the blade. I want to do it out of some nice hardwood.

I haven't got a set price yet, need to work out material costs so I don't end up making a loss, but they're only made from resin so they shouldn't be that expensive. I'll keep you updated when I have some for sale!

Elegant, but still recognizable as a weapon. Very cool design.
And perhaps it's just me, but I think if you shrunk and compacted it a little it would make a pretty nice pendant as well. C:

They do seem to work really well as throwing daggers, yeah!
It's almost too tempting to throw them, had a couple slip out of my hands, and had to crawl under the decking to get another after a friend accidentally let go
I hadn't intended a specific use for them, but due to their small size (26cm/10in) they're almost ideal for that!
(They're only made from resin so they're very lightweight)

Despite being plastic, the tips of them are still pretty sharp though!
Was planning to make a larger scale version like scimitar when I got the time
The fan thing could be quite a fun project - I like props that fold out!
