A stark and joyfully frightening image. I'm reminded of Baby (Sherri Moon) in House of 1000 Corpses and The Devil's Rejects.

But this is better. Much better.

Nice touch on the rim of the eyes -- That tiny bit of red adds an important realism to this.

If I remember, select the hair area, dessaturate, duplicate into a new layer and change the mode to screen... If don't look nice try to adjust with shadow/highlight, variations or hue/saturation...
