This second Spring Blossom trip, I opened my eyes to the sheer beauty of the people there. Beautiful smiles, beautiful laughter. Wonderfully welcoming, we were warmly received by the entire village. One day, when I was walking around the village, an old lady came up to me, held my hands in hers and said ‘Ka sa sa’ (Thank you).

This girl is wearing the traditional clothes of the Yi minority tribe of China. Her smile is the smile of her entire village.
