I love the tint and realism of this piece! And great job emphasizing the face with beautiful highlights and shading! The unrefined texture of the hair also does a wonderful job drawing attention to the face

There's a program called Corel Painter that this may have been done in. It has a greater versatility than Photoshop. This includes a greater amount of brushes and types of materials, like a chalk option to create more interesting textures. Although, it could have also been done in Sai. It's a similar program with a blend of Photoshop and Corel Painter elements including the versatility of Painter.

That looks incredible. Until I saw the hair, I had a genuinely hard time determining if this was a photo with some filters or a drawing.
