Megumi Takani, da série Rurouni Kenshin (também conhecido como Samurai X), de seu criador Nobuhiro Watsuki. Esse retrato apareceu em páginas extras de um dos volumes da edição brasileira. Utilizei caneta esferográfica preta e um pouco de lápis de cor para o fundo e para o pano em suas mãos. Além das cores, modifiquei um pouco as sombras.

Megumi Takani (or Takani M.) from Rurouni Kenshin series (aka Samurai X), by its creator Nobuhiro Watsuki. This portrait was found inside one of the mangas of the Brazilian edition. I utilized black ball-point and some coloured pencils for the bg and the piece of cloth. In addition to the colors, I modified the shadows a bit.

Tools: black ball-point and coloured pencils.

This is drawn very well. I like everything is black and white except for the piece of cloth that she is holding.

Thanks for your comment. I think I have an idea of what you are talking about (the piece of cloth). At that time I had trouble deciding if I would add color or not.

Oh, oh, oh! I simply love this pic! Megumi's beauty has only been added to with this lovely dress. This was found in the Brazillian manga, you say? It certainly is a rare gem. You've done a nice job, adding your little details to it. There isn't really a whole lot I can say about it, other than Megumi is exquisitely beautiful and I only wish I could have seen it sooner. This more than belongs on my list.

Hey! I'm glad that you like it. At that time I was reading the full set of RK manga. The Brazilian publication brings a few pages containing some official illustrations and portraits. So you're right, this is a rare gem. The moment I saw that Megumi from Watsuki's hands, I wanted to draw her. So I added some details allowed by a ballpoint.
