Her ability to quickly adapt and memorize the cataloging system for the library she's in allows her to easily select books that best suit the users needs. She also is known for her keen eye, easily able to pull out books and materials that might be out of date and replacing them with newer and improved versions so that users can get the most recent information on topics! A majority of Mudiwa's fame comes from her library programs, often set up for those who come from lower incomes. Her own work stations always tend to be messy, though she says she can always find exactly what she needs when she needs it it makes it harder for anyone else to understand what's going on there. She's fastidious, and can easily lose herself in all the little teeny details that she can forget that there is an even bigger picture at play. All the details need to be perfect right? Well, maybe not, but Mudiwa really believes this and can forget what she was originally doing because she get's consumed by these details. While she is intelligent, that doesn't mean she isn't naive, in fact...she really is. While she is book smart, her general lack of dealing with people shows easily.
