Villain name: Carmel Mocchiato Ice Cream Princess, aka Patina Anita

Age and DOB: Born December 21, many years ago, but frozen in time to remain somewhere around her early twenties.

Villain Gender: Female

Motive: Patina has two major motives; to take over the Candy Kingdom and obliterate the Bubblegum family line, and to transform her ice cream body into something more durable and less...melty.

Personality/Behaviors: Patina is a gigantic snob, with a huge ego and massive vanity issues. She's incredibly self-serving and doesn't play nice with others. She's never been known to share, cooperate, or use proper manners. She immediately marks everyone as "filthy commoners not worth her time." She thinks she's the only person in the world of any importance and is the epitome of all things feminine and bitchy.

Hometown and History:

Patina originally lived in Wafflespire, a distant district owned and ruled by the Candy Kingdom, at least 100 years before Princess Bubblegum was born. Born into poverty, she was brought up by her mother, a witch, who taught her how to use magic to trick and steal things. Patina became jealous of the governor of Wafflespire, the Duke of Yolk, and became powerful witch. She destroyed him and his palace, and built her own in its place and demanded that she legally become ruler.

When King Bubba Hubba, the ruler of the main Candy Kingdom (and ancestor of Princess Bubblegum) heard of Patina's coup and her demands, he dug up an ancient law, proclaiming that only a Candy Person can rule the Candy Kingdom. Since Patina wasn't made of candy, she couldn't legally rule, and would be forced to step down from her position as governor by the Candy Kingdom's army, which had surrounded her castle.

In order to prevent the Candy Army from arresting her, Patina attempted to temporarily transform body into one made from carmel coffee ice cream, planning on reversing the spell once the army had left. However, she goofed up the spell and made the transformation permanent.

When King Bubba Hubba later learned that the Duke of Yolk had been destroyed rather than banished (as he'd been informed), he ordered Patina to be arrested anyway. Since she couldn't be held in a normal prison due to her powers, Bubba Hubba ordered a group of wizards to seal Patina in a permanent underground bunker, where she'd be frozen in time.

A century passed, Wafflespire was abandoned due to natural disasters, and Patina remained trapped in her frozen ice-cream-truck-like prison underground, until now.

Homebase/ Home: Patina reclaimed the ruins of her old palace in the ghost town that used to be Wafflespire, and currently lives there. The palace was once pretty sweet and awesome, with big domed roofs and candy-coated spires, like that colorful Russian cathedral. But the lack of upkeep in the past century has turned the place into a run-down dump. Most of the windows in the palace are either cracked or missing glass, graffiti covers the walls, and vermin have eaten away holes.

Wafflespire itself used to be a robust community with cobblestone streets and colorful, Disneyland-like houses, but now sits in disrepair. Most of the homes have trees and vines growing through them, and every other stone in the cobbled streets are missing, forming puddled-filled potholes.

Extra Quirks: Patina obviously has a grudge against Princess Bubblegum.
She can also transform into monsters, animals, and other people since her body is only partially solid. However, she'll still retain her tan-brown-orange color scheme, which can only be covered up with a temporary spell.
