technically 'molten lava baby cakes' but my friend got really excited and started babbling about volcanoes when i told her about them, so now they are volcano cakes! a very moist rich chocolate cake with melted ganache in the middle. hand whipped cream and cocoa powder on top. next time i do them i think i'm going to do chocolate designs.
