awww, haha, I chanced upon this pic while I had my own cockatiels out
currently there is one on my head, one on my shoulder, one in my lap, and four others scattered about the room :'D
they can be quite a handful (and LOUD when I'm trying to sleep in), but they're adorable as well

I have one too but he's so freaking high strung that I can't really do much with him except open the cage and let him climb around on his playpen on top. I wish he was calmer so I could handle him more and do stuff like this. He flies and bonks into things if his cage is open when I sneeze or the phone rings suddenly. He screams too DX;. I love him but dang. I'm like, "TRY WHISTLING, PEANUT. PRETTY SOUNDS~" and yes that's his name XD;.

Aww, I love cockatiels! Bird has the exact same coloring as my pet Sylvester... man I miss him. He was a screecher so my roommates made me give him away.

I know, it was really sad, but I was in a situation where I couldn't afford housing without them... We were really tight though--he used to sleep perched on my bedpost and we'd go everywhere around the house together. He had some birdseed, but mostly ate what I ate. He liked showering with me too. He was funny. And he used to nibble on my earlobe until I'd scratch his neck... and then he'd preen my hair. he was so adorable.
