I’m sorry that I haven’t been active lately (at all), but with finals quickly approaching I don’t have much time to devote to my artwork.

Here is a quick shot that I took of my new cockatiel Koko. He was rescued from a local avian hospital after being abandoned by his old owner. His left wing is pretty badly hacked off (we’re assuming that someone tried to clip him at home but cut a little too much), but he’s otherwise a very sweet bird. He can sort of sing the Kill Bill whistle-tune, and likes to dance to imaginary music. He’s also keeping my sick Budgie company, and is doing wonders for the little guy's healing process.

I hope that he’s able to stay with us for good, because I can’t allow myself to put this guy through yet another change of home. He’s been through enough as it is!
