Drew this while listening to Summer Days in Bloom . I don't know why. It has nothing to do with the boring doodle.BLlegh. i've completely lost my edge in art.

AHhh all their stories so far are just pointless wandering short stories! I wish i could get around to doing something epic and big with them, but im too dead in the brain too. THey kind of just.. wander in and out of their own stories in my head, haha. im flattered you like them so much.

I don't think you've lost your edge at all. I love this. The colour palette and movement in the picture is great. And I especially love the crow.

AHH! Unfortunately they don't have much of a solid story right now. A couple years ago they were in a dream (how cliche), and I just got attached to them. They just sort of wander around together! There is one short story I wrote but never did anything with, based on the song Ruby Falls by Guster. It's just their journey looking for .. Ruby Falls, haha.

This is so awesome! You use flat, simplified shapes really well and i love the autumny/earthy colors. I like the way the scratchy lines shape the canvas/border at the upper right~
