This is really good. The precision and perspective of the bridge is wonderful, and the shadows under it are just right.
The little sailboat is just what the open water needed.
My only criticism is that the foreground is a bit dull. Some variations in the shoreline would add interest (like wetter sand closer to the water.) You also could add a bit more definition to the shadows in the hills across the water.
You seem to have a natural affinity for watercolor, and I think you should get some good watercolors, brushes, and paper and try doing some work with multiple layers. (i.e. apply one color in a light wash, let it dry completely, and then add another.)

They do. You draw with them and then with a paintbrush and water you then add the watercolour effect ^^
