I know it's your first animation, and you have more, but try to add more frames and the markings should move with the tail, the hair movement there doesn't make sense, and from what i saw all your animations are simple frames, overall your style could look pretty for animations, i suggest you to practice animation since, from what i saw, drawing it's almost dominated, if you use a tablet i suggest you to practice with TVPaint, Sai and Photoshop are very limited for animations
