Description Part of the "Federation of  Lapúa " Scenario

The red,blue and White were adopted from the French flag.
The 3 Fleur de Lis are simply a reminder of the French colonial history.
The greater Fleur de Lis represents   Les_Lisoir s.
Unlike the stripes on the flag of Québec, The flag of Les Lisoirs has diagonally White stripes.
