Anyway, one can't not be amazed by attention to details, scales got enough praise already, so I'll go for soft spots - they're well thought, appropriately placed (if one can say that about dragon...) and its texture has the nice, "Imma ancient dwagon!" feeling. Horns are nice touch, they, once again, send good, ancient vibes and, importantly aren't placed in a way that would hurt poor sod wearing them - which isn't always the case with drawn dragons.

If anything to complain about, it's the eyes area. Looks a bit like if someone would climb on his nose with a siege crossbow, it would be easy dragon kill. Those scaly folds (I really don't know the word) looks like they're hindering the ability to see straight forward - while this actually was the case with dinosaurs, they weren't roaming the air at insane velocities, so I guess it might be a nuisance for a dragon.

I'm not great with eyes, constantly having to size them down, the urge to make them 'cute' is strong D: but then you end up with things that realistically, as you say, wouldn't be able to see x]

This is some amazing detail and shading! You drew the dragon's expression really well, and I think it's really cool that you paid attention to all the little scales on its face and the details on its horns. Despite being a fantasy creature, it's really believable because of all the detail.
