This is beautiful! I particularly like those feathers (or, at least, what looks like feathers) on its neck - they're a nice touch. The teeth remind me of a crocodile. Wonderful work!

The eyes are too small though, and I don't understand those strong lines over its jaws. It seems a bit unnatural.
