well not necessarily strength. I like to have a balanced team. ones usually around the same level unless they're training. I like a good defense, accuracy, and power. I'd usually give them medicine to help boost it up. I also like using strategic moves and abilities. When Darkrai uses dark void I can use his ability bad dreams with his dream eater and Giratina's shadow force. Or also Arceus' perish song and switch them out. Then I like using my evolved starters.
