Description I don't think Wheaties have changed its packaging design much through the years, and having popular sports figures on its cover dates back to the '50s (if I'm not mistaken). It's only fitting that I placed Brett Favre on the cover ever since he announced his retirement from the Green Bay Packers after the '07-'08 season. He truly is one of the greats.

WOW this is really awesome. And the fact that you used the best Qb of all time on the box is not bad!

Thank you! His stats don't lie; he has surpassed Elway and Marino in every way imaginable. Despite the fact that I am Niners fan (Steve Young is one of my fave QBs), I've always admired Brett Favre -- except whenever he played San Francisco.

Coincidentally, the last time I saw Steve Young live was at Candlestick Park during the playoffs against...the Green Bay Packers. It was back in '98 or '99 and it was the game where then-unknown Terrell Owens caught the game-winning pass during the final minutes. But, as always, Brett Favre was gracious in the defeat, not blaming anyone or making excuses.

Brett was a class act. The best thing about him was keeping cool under fire. I always loved that even if there was a 2 min warning, with Brett Favre as the QB you knew the game was not over, if you were smart.
