Personally, I think she needs to arc her back a bit more, to look more like she's doing a dodge flip.

Unfortunately one of the limitation (or glitch) of the model is the further you arc back the spine bones the flatter -literally flatter- the stomach becomes. X.x

You could work around that with camera angle and a slight turn to the body. Of course, the model does need optimization, but I'm not sure if they can anymore without some help from Valve.

I agree, I was hoping that turning the camera would work bet then it looked like scout just broke her back. I could have tweaked the overall photo a bit more.
