Very cool, I love the contrast the blue in her eyes, the pink of her lips and the yellow surrounding autumn leaves make.

brings back memories... when I was in 4th I had a picture taken almost just like that. strange how you find connections like this.
as for critiques I personally think she should loose the makeup. She just looks...to glamorous, especially to just be there in the leaves like that. It needs more naturallity, more rawness, more bareness. as oppose to melding with the leaves she looks like a severed face that happened to find it's way in a pile of leave she looks like she's trying to look pretty as oppose to her natural beauty showing through.
I think she looks too cosmetic and sparkly. I don't really like the expression either. she has to look more natural, like she's observing the world above as oppose to modeling for a camera.
that's just my thoughts (though I do like her eye lenses).
Also, I'm not much of a photographer myself I'm only some 15 year old who draws while she should be doing things more 'important'.
