Candy Corn Sugarskull Jolteon for =bullzoar !

From the first Sparkly Pokémon "egg hunt" (eeveelution-themed) raffle 8D (From before my new pen broke.) She asked for some evil Halloween mutant theme. I don't know what that meant, but I went with a Halloween base, creepy, and probably some sort of summon, but I think I failed there, but it's gorgeous anyways!

Pokemon Adoptables Rights and CopyrightsApologies for the length, but I must cover everything because some people don't realize that paying for something doesn't get them exclusive rights. Skip to wherever you care about, like Right to Display to see if you can post the artwork to your gallery (you may not) or use it as a graphic for your journal (you may, for yourself only). Do note that design refers to the character/design itself, while artwork refers specifically to the piece you see up there.
Consider this a contract. The buyer/owner forfeits all legal right to use the design and the artwork when they violate the rights of use. The buyer/owner will be given an opportunity to correct the problem (but don't push it).

You may make minor changes to the design.
You may change the name (obviously), gender, tweak the colors….
