Not really anything related to what’s he going to be in, but we thought about getting a easy shot of Ryuken in a fighting pose. Until we saw this decoration of Po (Kung Fu Panda) in this room. We thought we could try getting this image of these two getting ready for a fight. Come to think of it. It almost reminds me of “Tekken; Tag Tournament”. God I can already hear the character selection song now. Anyway since he’s based off a character from “Tekken” a bit. And how Kazuya will be entering Smash tomorrow. We thought we do something inspired from the games.

fun fact. Ryuken was originally planned for another story we did that was canceled called “Kal’s Awakening”. However we decided for him to have a full solo act for another story since he just feels like he more belongs in a fighting game.
