Description
I have a many hidden secrets which are memories that hurt and pain my very soul.But with prayer and faith I give them to God,
I believe He takes my worries away.
And He does. Every time He does.
I just need to believe more and He will.
I just need more faith,
'cause my God is a God of love and adoration and He does not want me to live in a world of pain.
He is the one who takes my hidden secrets away.
This image turned out to be a lot darker than I had wanted, but I still thought it was a pretty cool photograph, so I decided to still put it up.
I am very new to macro photography, but I am trying my best, so guys please give me advice! I'd really like it.

hmmm...looking in the refletion of the eye i THINK i see a girl by a window...she looks sad...and shrouded in darkness. but theres a little light ghost putting her hand on her shoulder...Sorta in a comforting way. Unless thats just me.

Hehe, you definitely have a creative imagination my dear, but it is very clever what you have said and I love your story.
But actually it is my hand holding up my camera taking the picture... If you look more closely you might be able to see it..

Do you really have sectoral heterochromia? Or is this a post production effect? Either way it looks great, I'm just curious.

Heterochromia iridum. " meaning two colours of the iris. " My opinion i think the composition could be better, it would of been nice to have done a front shot perhaps? also, have to agree about the mascara, if you are going to do a macro the makeup will become magnified and i don't think it looks nice. it certainly doesn't add anything to the photo. Also i believe that you could of tried to use more depth of field in order to get lashes and eyelids sharper.

Thank you so much Eric. I will definitely take your advice into consideration adn will remember it when I do eyes again. I must admit, I was stuggling with holding the camera and taking the shot at the same time (not used to the weight of the macro lens just yet), also TOTALLY forgot to check about the make-up.. As can been seen I am pretty clumsy with my mascara

no problem.Could you not perhaps use a tripod and maybe a cable release ? that should allow for more control.

I could but I was too lazy, this wasn't really a planned shot.. I was taking pictures of an orchid for my cousin's wedding stationary and then I was like "oooh my eye, sun.. Cool!".. Haha... But yes I will probabily do that next time

Sectorial heterochromia, that's quite rare :]
My eyes are golden-brown close to the pupil and dark-green on the border, but it's not heterocromia, it's just hazel eyes
