Some stuff;
- markings are symmetrical
- bangs are a bit wavy
- you can draw her without wings, but she's mostly in her winged form
- bangs are optional if they interrupt with your style or something

- shy, mostly introverted with people she doesn't know well
- kinda emotional
- with close friends, crazy, sometimes a bit hyper
- I don't really know how else to describe this so I'll just stop

I've tried to draw wings... Needless to say it's been failing

Just keep staring at references. That's what I do, though my wings aren't that anatomically correct. It took me a while to get them looking this good though, but I used to try drawing wings a lot, even before I joined deviantArt. Still, everyone has they're own style I suppose and I'm sure you'll get there and get better. ;D
