These are the 7 Glaze EmeraldsHistory:
Frost notice the power of the Chaos Emeralds can do some good in the right hands and was amazed by Blaze's Sol Emeralds.
Frost and Keru notices their Freezing Form was acting weird, due to their times using it so much and too much power can cause a lot of problems.
Frost, Keru, and Queen Lana head to the Royal Temple and sat down in a meditation around the Hobidon's Ancient Crystal that created their Blue Rings.
For 7 long Hours on meditation, the Blue Crystal broke 7 pieces of gems out of it, and transferred their Freezing Form into them, creating the 7 Glaze Emeralds.
Frost and Keru can no longer transform willingly with with out these gems, Keru decided to give Frost all 7 of them, since he has more experience with Freezing Frost form.
The Blue Ring around them do contain power like they originally do to help them in battle with their Ice powers or Ice magic.
Just like Blaze the Cat can control the Sol Emeralds of Fire, Frost can control the Glaze Emeralds of Ice
Glaze is another word for Ice
Warning if you use Chaos Control with the Glaze Emerald it will go out of control and freeze anything in it's area,

I don't think that's possible, the Sol Emerald was Shoot by a Gun Bullet by Nack the Weasel, instead of it breaking, It burst into Flame around its area but the Emerald remain unbroken.
so if anyone of anything tris to break the Glaze Emeralds, it would freeze the area in cold temperatures
like the Sol Emeralds, Blaze can sense where they are located she is the only one who can control them, so Frost or Keru would do the same locating where it is.

they were only Green Chaos emeralds, with 6 or 7 green ones Sonic can go Super since Shadow and Tails sent all the emerald into Zone of Silence where Feist the Panda god turn all the Green emeralds into one as he did to the rest of the colored emeralds, making each gem more powerful and durable.
the rules are different from each Sonic's World. Boom universe has no chaos emeralds but they got Crystal with different powers, Satam never had emerald but they had Power Stones.
Multiverses are insane, fans like to think All Sonics share the same universe but that not through, that's like saying Spider-Man from 616 earth died in earth 1610 ultimate universe just because they are both Peter Parker

Nice, I do have the 7 set of my own gems as well. .3. they are called the Dimensional Gems, previously called the Time-Space crystals, they can be used to turn super with all 7 but only those who are connected to the gems can use them and they can read the intentions in the person's heart and mind if used. .3. Once all 7 set are used, they spread throughout the Multiverse as they are not easy to find. .3.

they say the Pharaoh's real name is Atem, he took the name Yami as a replacement name by Yugi Moto so they two won't be confused by with Yugi is active

So basically they're just a knockoff version of the Sol Emeralds and it's an excuse to heavily nerf both Frost and Keru. Nice job at making new power stones.

Frost and Keru lose their power to transform at will, but can use these emeralds to transform as long as one of them has all 7
Frost has all 7 of them, since he has more experience with Freezing Frost form, while Keru can do the same but likes to improve his power without them

So basically they're just as useless as the Anarchy Beryls. but they're just there to give you a power up instead.
Also, I was being sarcastic when I said "nice job at making powerstones". And I'm gonna be blunt here. These are unoriginal and here's why:
Look Frost, I like the design and name of the the emeralds but the way you executed and made them is pretty stupid. They're just there to give A large nerf towards Frost and Keru to make them less like dragon ball X sonic characters. There is a way to do that without having to give them a large nerf towards the characters you know?
Also, it seems like they're trying way too hard to be like the Sol Emeralds but they soon became a bootleg version of them. They're basically the Sol Emeralds but they're made to be useless to everyone else. They're there just to make fun of the Chaos and Sol Emeralds which spoiler alert, EVERYONE CAN USE!
And that's all I have to say towards this idea. This isn't meant to make you feel bad about it or anything, I'm just giving you my personal flaws with the idea. And sadly, there are only two positives I have with them: I like both the name and design of them.

Anyone can use the Chaos Emeralds
but Now can use the Sol Emerald like Blaze as it was stated only she can control them properly, sure Eggman Nega took some of its power, but Blaze has the most control, so far no one can use the Sol Emeralds but her.
