The proper term is Gary-Stu, when it's a guy. And there are a lot of people who would disapprove of you calling him one, but..when you think about it, he's the original.

The old one is. The Justice League one isn't much of a Gary-Stu, as being more of a "Jack of All Stats". He isn't the fast, smartest, determined, or kindest but he's pretty high in all of those things. 

This character here is, however, pretty much a Gary-Stu.

Magic attacks is one of his weakness

1. If he use too much of his Ki-Ice Move he will drain alot of power

2. anyone who has super strength and very skilled in martial art that can him can lay damage to Eric

3. Eric is too forgiving also, he even shows mercy to an enemy, and sometime hold back his powers so he would not end a life.

Unless his ki is VERY limited, that isn't a weakness. 

I don't how they'd really applied that since can apparently fly and freeze basically anything.

That's not really a weakness, that's just showing mercy.
