Description
After waiting for a long time at the auction, I finally managed to bring home a horse for a good price, but was absolutely beautiful. Her markings were the first thing that caught my eye, but the price would have been 100 over my limit. Still, I auctioned and after a few minutes of auctioning, I found that I won the beautiful mare. After the auction, I loaded the young mare into my small trailer. She was a shy little mare, but that didn't bother me one bit.

A few hours after driving, I managed to pull into the Frozen Hearts Stables driveway, where the small paddocks beside the barn held only a few of my horses. Glancing to the side, I could see that my Rose Dapple stallion Dakota was gone again, looking for his mate at Red Oak Stables a mile or so away. It didn't really bother me since he was raised in the outskirts of the country anyways.

I pulled into the paddock where my prized and beautiful mare Frozen Roses grazed, and I knew that my gentle beauty would be a perfect paddock friend for this shy filly. I backed the trailer up so the opening was right at the fence, and I shut off the truck, climbing out and going to the fence. Frozen Roses and my Shetland pony Vevita watched me from their hay stack near the lean-to at the other end of the fence, not seemingly annoyed or interested in the least at their new friend. I opened the door to the trailer and let the plank fall to the ground.

Peering inside, I saw the young filly looking at me with shy blue eyes. I smiled softly and clucked to her. "Come on, Alice, it's alright." The filly didn't move. A new stable? A trailer? It was too much at once. I sighed and stepped away. "I'll let you take your own time," I said to her, going to sit on the fence, leaving the trailer door open into the paddock.

After about ten more minutes, I heard the clomping of hooves inside the trailer as Alice moved to come out. Frozen Roses seemed more interested now, and she let out a quiet, welcoming whinny to the mare in the trailer. Alice let out a whicker and stepped out a bit more into the sunlight. Her shining palomino coat was beautifully groomed, and the small lace markings on her that I could see were supreme. I smiled at her as she gave one shy and nervous look around before stepping into the field altogether.

Frozen Roses trotted up to the filly and the two sniffed noses for a while before the two went over to the hay stack and started to eat with Vevita. I looked around and a lot of the stallions I had were looking at her with interested eyes. I laughed when Lacey bit Comic when he whinnied to the mare. I pumped a fist silently and got off the fence to move the truck. Looked like Alice would fit right in here in the stables.

Well... that trailer sucks... XD

This is the mare that I've all told you about. She is the mare that I've wanted to win at the auction. And I've won her!! Out of a possible 500 I could have paid for her, I only paid 175, which I think is cheap as hell for this beauty. I'm not going to show you guys what her full body looks like yet, until I do another picture of her alone and without her blanket. Trust me, there's more lace than this And she is the newer member of my new stable I'm making on this account: Frozen Hearts Stables.

I will be putting all of my Rose Dapples here, as will Comic, and some of my normal horses and halfbreed Bloodlines that I've already said lived in a barn. Can't wait to show you guys some more art of her!!
