Sweet Bailey: Babe Rootbeer please...I promise I'll have some time later this week. We'll go to the fair in town!

Bright Eyes: Has your hair always been that yellow?
Babe: OK FINE. If you promise you'll at least come on the ferris wheel-
Sweet Bailey: OH PLEASE NO!! IT'S TOO HIGH
Babe: [groans] Fine fine, geez. Come on Screwy, lets go hit the ball around.
Bright Eyes: M'kay
Sweet Bailey: Bye girls! Don't forget Bright Eyes, you have a check up this afternoon
Bright Eyes: Check up what??
Babe: ...Duly noted.

So yes! Dr. Sweet B. isn't technically Babe or Brightie's sibling but she treats them as if they were. Also Babe often whines that she remembers more about Brightie's schedule than her own! Which is true...Bright is smarter but has a terrible memory.
Her brain is filled with useless information so she often forgets little everyday things.
Also she's very inquisitive. That little comment about Sweet B.'s hair is because the doctor dyes her hair since she's going grey
