This is Pixie Royal, Ponyville's meanest gorl.
This is an OLD drawing but I started Inktober off bad by not being prepared. Forgive me!
She's the daughter of Spoiled Milk and Chancellor Neighsay and the product of an affair. Very few people know this.
I'll go into more detail on why she's literally the worst another day but here are a few things about her.

1. She used to have a sorta friends with benefits relationship with Arkansas Black. Well...he doesn't like her personality so more like....they were just hormonal teens experimenting.
She was a little too pushy with him and is still convinced that they're meant for each other.

2. Pixie is the reason why Red is no longer a bully. Red learnt how badly it felt to be an outsider when her "friends" ditched her to be with Pixie. Pixie is popular, rich and beautiful and she loved to make fun of Red for being sort of masculine. Soon most of her classmate avoided Red because either they now thought she was a loser or because they were her past targets when she too was a bully.
Pixie made Red's life a living Hell in so many other ways.
