so, another merman! a glowing, bioluminescent merman. Decarabia was created as an older brother to an earlier version of Vepar. Like Vepar, he's named after a demon from the key of solomon. he's from a world I call Clandesta. It's a world that is inhabited by every single character I've created. in this world, he's something of a prince - merfolk going about in large shoals that have a leading family.
