Actually, meditation is anything but completely clearing your mind. SUre, that's one part of it, but the rest is using parts of your mind to accomplish things with itself that you never had imagined that you could do with it. Accessing parts of your mind deeply buried. FInding the light, as it were. This is an excellent interpretation of that.
