Ok this is my take on GLaDOS drawn as a human. Here is a list of why she looks the way she does:

note: explanation contains Spoilers! and make sure to read before comments or questions

1. Her Hair: I felt that if I had made her hair white it would have been too much white and when I located a picture of Caroline I noted the brown hair. Now since we know that GLaDOS is a computer copy of Caroline I decided that brown hair suited her best as a tribute to Caroline.

2. her Coat: The reason why I chose a Lab coat was because a lap coat is a unisex item. Both men and women can wear it. Since Wheatley gain control of the main frame I felt that if GLaDOS was drawing in a "sexy outfit" then how would Wheatley look? Obviously it would look very wrong so I went for something that they both can wear.

3. Her pants: Why Pants? because in a lab (I can say from experience as a former Assistant in a Chem lab class at school) It is best to wear pants for if a experiment spills it won't get on your skin. I protective note and also to pay tribute to the black wires that extend to the roof.

4. the Clip board: Why a Clip board? well when I listen to the song "Still Alive" from the first game I'm reminded of GLaDOS taking notes and writing down your results and progress on a clipboard as you would in a lab. Plus since GLaDOS is heard making "comments" on Chell's profile once again the Clip board comes into play.

A lot of times as I play both games and listen to GlaDOS I get a image of her pacing around watching through the cameras on Clell and writing and making "helpful" suggestion and or comments not counting the insults that some with the job.
