Description
This was an art request for someone at a forum I sometimes post at. He wanted Lucky from 101 Dalmatians dressed as and based from that character (sorry-- I don't keep up with the series), and this is the end result.I like it-- it came out much better than I thought it would. I did mess up on the hat, but I guess that's okay.
The background is just a blend of a bunch of images from the web. Nothing special at all.
