That is Zacharie from a game called Off by this guy Mortis Ghost (he has a dA also)
the game was originally released in 2007 but it pretty much went unknown till recently. I've played it myself and its really great. There are some puzzles and a bunch of important things you have too remember. But its really good nonetheless. Its also free and you c an play it on PC

then dont download it on your dads
it takes a while and you have to open certain files for it to work. you can do this later
