One thing that I find funny about Small Norm and Big Norm is that while they're both dressed up like mimes, only Small Norm is completely silent.

In fairness, Big Norm is pretty much the polar opposite of Small Norm; Small Norm is silent, well-behaved, dislikes racing, and prefers to be alone with his books; Big Norm is vocal, impolite, enjoys racing, and not afraid to boast his confidence toward others.
