When she asked me for this I was actually really excited QuQ. For the Casual Ragnarok Online card project I had starting doing Mavka in a Mucha-esque set up. I had struggled allot though.. mostly with trying to to gray scale, lineless painting with color overlays. all things I'm not really good at yet or comfortable with. So I kinda.. faded off. Will finish it still sometime but eh..

then she came along and asked for something like that and I was like YUS ~!!

Tear is dear to me aswell Kind and caring but strong hearted and stubborn/feisty sometimes 8D

Over all it is -based- on Alphonse Mucha's layouts but I do still lack the sensibility to pull of his mastery so its still rather heavy Fure influence too.

The flowers depicted are Pomegranate flowers! I found the look and meaning of them to fit really well (and I've always had this sort of alternate romanticised image of her as Persephone and Arlen as Hades *teeheeheeteeheehee*
