My costume for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party! Its a fairy version of princess Rapunzel and I went out of my way to design a look that would still be HER but wasn't just a slightly modded version of her actual outfitΒ )I went just this last friday and had some fun with my Jasmine, GoingBrinanas Β
The costumes are all made from scratch(oh, except the pants.. the patern I was going to use ended up just being so wrong for the task in every manner) eve; I was so done by the end. But I love how it turned out (one wing would NOT keep its possition.. but that was a mounting fail on my part) The wig front was way too flat imo but not only do I suck with hair in general but the wig was a cheapy one I tried to mod.. which worked halfway. But for the price it worked quite well.
Got lots of compliments and was allot happier with it than I had feared I would be *anxiety all day every day*
Cute characters are easier to 'play' than the cool-and-spicy type like Haruka .. even though she's still my BA-idol x'D
