Description Misty isn't shy about letting me know when I'm late with dinner.

On flickr I have a short video clip her heckling me to feed her an hour before her usual meal time, so you can see what I have to put up with!

Very nice photo!
I also watched the video and I must say that she has a cute meow voice My cats unfortunately don't make such cute sounds when they want their food...
My cats' behaviour before feeding time is pretty similar to Misty's. They always start running towards the kitchen when I move my chair or stand up

Thanks and thanks for the watch too! Her meow is less cute when she's been at it relentlessly for half an hour

Simba can make almost as much of a fuss - his complaining wail is less cute so he tries to make up for it by headbutting me.

I bet everyone else think that my cats' food demanding meows are cute too, but yeah... the reality is slightly different - the meows tend to be rather annoying
My cats sometimes shut up when I ignore them, but it's probably easier said than done. But I also have to mention that my cats don't cry for food every day, they just do it sometimes. The usual thing is asking for permission to come sleep in my lap (I have two cats and they both want that, so just sitting without a cat is quite a relief every once in a while). It usually expresses in being upside-down on my table and making funny purrs and meows And also touching me... I see and get that every day

Misty's meows are very different to all other cats I've heard! She didn't used to sound like that - it's a habit she's picked up... I do wonder if she's trying to copy something I say .

That's very interesting ^^ maybe she realised that something diffrent (i think positive) happend
and she changed it.
My cat stays in her cute meow, because of that she gets so many treats XD . I should make a video of it.
