Description
I drew this after picturing this in my head while my mom took me to school. I wrote it into a scene/story.

(no ones name will be said in this...so the boys name will be replaced with ___)

*The car drove away as she stood in the parking lot*"
"I think I will finally tell him how I feel..."
*She turned to the school and walked inside, trying to get by the students as quick as possible. She saw her friends ahead of her, sitting by the lockers where they usually sit. She walked up to them and glanced to 'his' locker*

*She looked at her friends*
"Hi guys.."
*she said plainly and emotionless, as she always did. They looked up at her, with sad depressing faces. No one in sight had a smile.*

"Something wrong? Is anyone having depression problems again?"
*Her best friend stood up and took a step towards her. She almost stepped away before her friend hugged her tightly.*
"Whoa...uh..are you ok? Whats wrong?"
*Her friend pulled away and looked at her. She could see the tears forming in her eyes and it looked like she was having trouble talking*
'I have bad news....'
*Her eyes widen*

'___ got in a car accident.....'
"....!"
*She choked. She could barely breath after hearing these words*
"W-w-what?"
'He is in the hospital right now...they dont know if he can make it...'
*She dropped to the ground too shocked to pay attention to her friend any more. It was so hard to hold back her tears. She had been use to it for 4 years. But now..she couldnt take it..*
*She started crying. She hugged herself tightly and closed her eyes trying not to look at anyones face. She just wanted to picture 'him' in her mind.*
(Later on..at the hospital)
*She walked in, the nurse opening the door for her*
'This is always the worst part when we take in patients like these...'
*The nurse sighed and left the room.*
"__?"
*She slowly walked to the bed, her tears had calmed again, she had pushed them back once more so that shy wouldnt get so many stares during school.*
"___ can you hear me?"
*She kneeled by the bed and looked at his face. Although he had been in a car accident, he still had that perfect face he always had. No broken nose or bashed in skull. Just a few healed scrapes on his face and neck. She touched the bandages on his head, feeling for any warmth. It was cold....*
"....please..."
*She reached over him to take his right hand, the one laying on the bed and not under the blankets. She felt for a pulse.*
"....no.."
*Weak...very, very weak.*
"Please god no..."
*She dropped his hand and looked at his face once again. His glasses werent on and it made him look so innocent and fragile. Which was proven infront of her as he lay slowly dieing.*
"___...dont go..."
*She started crying again, hard. She quickly let her head drop and rub into the sheets. She could feel the shape of his left arm under the sheets. Her tears slid down her arms as her arms shook. She couldnt handle this.*
"Why did you have to go?"
*She realised that she never got to say good bye, or tell him she loved him*
"Why didnt I tell you? Why did I wait?"
*Her left hand slide to feel his chest and to feel the slow beating of his heart*
"I could have confessed....but...now its too late..."
*His heart slowed more coming to an end. This was it....the ultimate pain and suffering, she was gonna lose him. She could at least tell him now while his spirit still layed beside her*
"I love you..."
*It Stoped..*
