A birthday gift for 's twin, ,done at the same time as her gift ==> X'D

This time, its my design of his OC Reito
as a Water pirate assassin Bender. :9
Main colour scheme are cool colours, mainly Blue of course
and the western style of his outfit deviates from the usual Water Tribe Inuit style~
Some may notice that it is reminiscent of the clothes a certain hooded buccaneer
hitman wears, in a certain adventure/ reconnaissance game bound for release on October 29th.. OwO

This is a great oc! But did you know that this could be banned in a matter of minutes if SOPA is passed? I'm sad to say that SOPA is back and if we don't fight against it congress will pass SOPA. Read my journal linked below to learn more.
