It's another mixed-media quickie for the Kamigawa Styleguide, from back a few years back. He's a spirit of the forest. Be nice or he'll make tulips grow out of your eye sockets.(You can be good and not be nice! Besides, it's a fantasy. Calm down. Have some dip.)
Tria markers, Pigma Micron markers, and Photoshop 6.

I started it in Tria markers, the lightest value of warm gray. Then I went over the top with Pigma Microns, scanned that in, and slapped down some color on a separate layer in Photoshop.
