This is a repost from my old accountits Lego E-123 Omega with all his awesome weapons!
i broke him a few months ago and I decided to retool him completely
now he's looking good for Jewlie and Heather now

This is good. I'd say if you cleared the background clutter it'd be much better to make out the details. I'm not sure he needs shoulder weaponry, but it's cool all the same.
It's closer to his current model. When I did mine, I put it it closer to his Heroes appearance. (Only picture I had in the day)
