Link actually accepted Saria's ocarina without any gripes, but later replaces it with Zelda's ocarina. Whatever happened to Saria's ocarina? Its whereabouts are forever unknown

Actually, seeing as Link was frozen for 7 years, he likely wouldn't have changed at all in that regard. Still just a 10 year old at heart.

In my opinion; when Link took the MasterΒ Sword out and is awoken seven years later he looked physically seventeen, but his soul being trapped in that realm for seven years he could still mentally act like a ten year old. That's my thoughts on it as the last time he was awake he was ten or a child and he can't have aged mentally without living up to seventeen which he didn't. So, through his journey he would have had to grow up while as a teenager. It really makes you feel for him having to grow up at a young age.

now watch (The Fly II) and try not to think how the main character has only been alive for five years, he just ages quickly.

Cronenberg's The Fly was kind of a sci-fi R-rated thought piece. Less horror than (one man's descent into madness brought upon his own oversight).
the sequel *The Fly II (2)*, is more of a monster movie sci-fi. It doesn't have many horror elements till near the end, but it does have some interesting visuals.
the aspect in question here was that the man mutating in the first movie (1980's remake/based on an older movie of the same title), impregnated a woman while mutating. the second movie focuses on the child growing up, which by five years old has the body of a man in his twenties, and there is a sex scene with a grown woman he developed a relationship with despite all this. The character always had high intelligence, but shows little more maturity throughout than a child might have.

Gosh ... that sounds confusing. So, he's basically five biologically, but twenty physically. That's why you brought it up because Link is ten biologically and seventeen physically. Wait, then half the stuff you said sounds wrong if he's biologically five! Β If I'm wrong ... I haven't seen either movie though they do sound interesting (mostly the first one).

-PS: The Fly was Jeff Goldblum's break out movie and the reason he was type cast as a nerdy intellectual character.
Yeah it was a remark on the ick factor of Link being aged physically but not mentally...even worse in this movie as it goes further.

I certainly would love to see a fan-comic that delves deeper into Link's psyche because of what happened in OoT. My fan-comic is sort of like that, but at the same time not. It's got dimensional-travel and time-travel and all that.

Oh, well I've never played the game so as far as plot goes I only know it by what happened in the manga. I didn't know the story lines of the manga and the game were different. My mistake.
