Imagine seeing this, you would have fatal doses of radiation because depending on how big the planet is it would have a radiation belt.

Great. I wonder what criteria they use to decide which tilted mountain needs to have a city built into it, and which one to leave alone.

Just a point: the rings of any planet are usually very thin, especially when compared with their diameters. Saturn's, for example, are less than a kilometre at their thickest. So it's highly unlikely that they would show up the individual rocks as so large and so distributed in width. ... Unless that's a recently broken up moon...

GabrielGajdos In reply to JQuasarD [2018-06-18 08:48:37 +0000 UTC]

I was thinking they have built a city in each of the major mountains and probably they are connected by some sort of underground tunnels. It might be unlikely, but its still possible I dont like to limit myself by usual, but thanks!

Awesome work, the composition looks fantastic and I absolutely love the idea of cities in those rocks. The small details - like the asteroids or that small planet/moon to the right also look incredibly good. Well done!

MQ-MX-XQ In reply to GabrielGajdos [2018-05-21 10:44:32 +0000 UTC]

You wanna build a city inside of them? What a huge rock you design!

Felewin [2018-05-20 16:16:24 +0000 UTC]

I love the concept and the quality of the visuals. The asteroid belt gives a whole lot of depth to the gas giant, as does the lighting from the star onto the local terrain.

I have an issue with the person, they are way too big, perhaps they are a giant statue...

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

GabrielGajdos In reply to Felewin [2018-05-20 18:12:45 +0000 UTC]

you are right about the person, I knew proportionally he was big, but I was thinking perhaps the cities are too small but I was looking at it now and I had to edit it, so I made him smaller, thank you very much!

Felewin In reply to GabrielGajdos [2018-05-20 20:00:19 +0000 UTC]

Actually it was more the cliff to his left, it looks like a large rock formation in Sedona for example. I could imagine really small people climbing on it from this distance.
