My favorite groups from the '90s happen to be Euro-based "projects"--Technotronic, Snap! featuring Turbo B., 49ers, Deee-Lite, and one of my favorite eras in music was the R&B subgenre of "New Jack Swing", penned by producer Teddy Riley.
