Anyone who knows me knows that I love Street Fighter. I usually favor Ken and Yang, but I refuse to forget my roots. Ryu was my starting character when I was first learning the game. Fir this piece, I referenced the cover for Street Fighter Alpha: The Animation. I't Alpha Ryu on the cover, of course, but in my piece, I tried to give him more of a Street Fighter II quality in the hair and gi style. he looks more like an in-between between the two games, and i'm happy with the way it turned out.
